CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP



Simple, easy, delicious, and so easy to make. This
chicken noodle soup is great on a cool day. In a word,
WONDERLICIOUS! I knocked this recipe out of the
park on my first try.

PREP TIME: 15 min
COOK TIME: 25 min
YIELD: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 teaspoons - butter
1 cup - sliced celery
1 cup - chopped carrot
1/2 cup - chopped onion
1 small - potato
(diced)
1 teaspoon - thyme
1 teaspoon - poultry seasoning
4 cans - chicken broth
(14 ounce)
2 teaspoons - chicken bouillon
4 ounces - egg noodles
2 cups - cooked chicken
parsley

DIRECTIONS:

1. Melt butter in large pot.

2. Sauté the celery, carrot and onion for 2 minutes.

3. Add potato, thyme, poultry seasoning,
   chicken broth and bouilion.

4. Bring to a boil.

5. Add noodles and chicken and cook
   on low for 20 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with parsley.
