CROCK POT PENNE & CHEESE
A velvety heavenly penne and cheese formula that is sure to be a family favorite. With such great taste, and wonderful creamy texture. This is surely the easiest, creamiest, slow cooker mac & cheese you will ever make.
PREP TIME: 10 mins
COOK TIME: 2-3 hours
1 onion (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 orange pepper (chopped)
4 cups - penne (uncooked)
1/4 teaspoon - ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon - chicken soup base
1 can - condensed tomato soup
2 cups - cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
1/4 cup - shredded Parmesan cheese
3 1/4 cups - milk (whole,2%, or skim)
1. Add everything to crock pot or slow cooker.
2. Stir and mix everything thoroughly, and cover.
3. Cook on High.
4. After 2 or 3 hours... The sauce should be thick,
and the penne cooked. (al dente)
